Colocarlos en un cazo y calentar a fuego medio con un poco de az\u00facar durante unos minutos, moviendo de vez en cuando, para que la pera suelte toda el agua. Cuando est\u00e9 listo, retirar del fuego. Extender la masa de hojaldre y a\u00f1adir la pera y las almendras laminadas por encima. Enrollar el hojaldre, pegando el extremo con un poco de huevo batido. Con la ayuda de un cuchillo cortar el rollo de hojaldre en trozos de algo menos de un cent\u00edmetro de espesor y colocarlos en la bandeja de horno sobre papel de horno. Con ayuda de un pincel, pintarlos con un poco de huevo batido y hornear a 180\u00baC hasta dorar. Retirar del horno y servir.
